First check your fasting sugar and PP sugar after each meals means breakfast lunch and dinner . Range 90-100 for fasting and 110-140 for PP. if sugar is beyond this range then medicine has to start

Hi Initially if you maintain good lifestyle and diabetic controlled diet, your blood sugars can be controlled. Blood sugars will be within normal range until you maintain above two. But a single move in wrong direction can lead to severity of it. I would like to know more about your family history, post prandial sugars etc.
