Blood suger
Hi my brother is diagnosed with high suger last week. I have attached the reports.
Fasting-247
Post prandial - 310
HBA1C- 11.3
He is not taking insulin as advised by doctor. Hardly walks and weight is 80kg.
Please advise

Sorry to say but you have provided the answers for your question yourself. There was three ways of managing sugars
Take your medications as suggested,
Eat right, and
Do exercise.
At the end, your brother has to understand the importance of getting his sugars controlled to avoid any complications. Despite having clear understanding, if he is not willing to engage in the treatment, as a doctor I or anyone else can do anything for him.
