My Mom recently underwent Sugar test and her test parameters stands as below Fasting blood sugar: 135 Post pranidal blood sugar: 162 Just wanted to know, what precautions she has to take going forward in terms of her diet?

Please follow the diet. Prefer small and frequent meals every 3 hours. This will balance her sugars well.

Hi I can understand your concern Increase in fasting sugars If she is already on medication need to increase night dose If she is not on any medication need to plan for regular exercise and proper diet management Recheck sugars after 15 days Along with HbA1c
