Blood Sugar Level after postpartum dev
I have delivered a baby girl 4 months ago. Now my Blood sugar level (Fasting) was 126 and 2 hrs after food was 199. Kindly suggest how to control blood sugar level.

Take a Diabetic  Diet Schedule  from  a Dietician, mention you are breast feeding. Follow  it for 2 weeks  and redo sugar tests.If still  abnormal  Take  a Diabetologist  consultation.

Take diabetologist opinion once .. follow proper diabetic diet and yoga again check your sugar levels after one month..

U need to exercise n follow a diabetic diet U can connect with a dietician fr the same Avoid sugar Repeat fasting n lost lunch after 2 weeks Maintain fasting less than 100 N post lunch less than 140 If still high u need to be put on medication
