Blood sugar
Iam non diabetic, iam tested Susgars recently result is FBS 94, RBS 100 after 3 hours of breakfast. How often check my sugars because iam checks quite often any need to check quite often sugars. My sugars are normal?
Pls sugest.

Given age. You can do the usual- blood tests and BP check once a year. If no symptoms.
If any family history then further investigations can be added
