Blood sugar fasting 123.8, what does it
Sir, I m 36 year old, in recent blood test I found that My Blood sugar fasting 123.8 and Blood sugar "pp" 139.9 (under normal range) I do regular exercise daily for 1 hour... pls suggest what to do for high sugar fasting ..? Few other reports are also abnormal like. . Lipid profile Serum triglyceride 329.5 (double of normal range ) Vldl cholesterol 65.9 Thyroid (TSH) 8.38 Liver SGOT 57.4 SGPT 52.3 GLOBULIN 3.7 HAEMATOLOGY Absolute neutrophils count 7.33 Mch 32.32 Mchc 35.10 Platelet count 144

You have subclinical hypothyroidism, hypertriglyceridemia, elevated liver enzymes and impaired fasting glucose. If you are obese or centrally obese you should try to control that. You may need some medicines to address the other abnormalities
