Blood sugar changes
I think my blood sugar changes too quickly. Some days a cookie will give me a headache and blurry vision. Some days I can't make it two hours without getting weak and very hungry. I'm a 23 year old female with a BMI of 19, healthy, and lightly active. What could the causes of this be? Might I need more electrolytes, protein, a controlled diet, etc?
