Blood sugar 88
My blood sugar is 88 in the evening today... I am diabetic and today morning my fasting blood sugar was 134... I do take my blood sugar medicine regularly and also take 10 units of insulin daily at night time... but is it something to worry having 88 blood sugar in evening time ... I have had all my meals normally today

It is still normal. If grbs is less than 70mg , then we call it as low sugars. Pls don't worry. But if you develop associated symptoms you need to worry.
