Blood stool
Dear doctor
My son 4 yrs, from last 4 days we have noticed blood in stool and he has not complaint any pain during poop or any stomach pain so far and he is active as regular.
The stool are as usual in colour , no greenish and no such mucus is observed so far
Doctor kindly suggest what step to be taken.

Whether stool is hard or soft is important.
If stool is hard and streaking of blood is seen it is anal fissure
If blood mixed stools Otis dysentery
If frank blood at the end of pooping it’s piles hope this helps.
