This is suggestive of sub conjunctival hemorrhage
This will resolve in a week
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis
Kindly share photos of your eyes so that I may guide you better

Looks like sub conjuctival haemorrhage.Can be a result of multiple causes.please consult your eye surgeon.
