Hello dr i had severe dizzying and breath issue and pulpitation i went to dr and did all this test plz let me no any thing serious in my report
I have both ankel swelling without any pain .

Your report mainly showing Anemia and this explain why you having Palpitation and Dizziness
So Anemia will correct by medication no need to worry
But for ankle edema you need to be evaluated by doctor and proper tests are to be done.

Your ankle swelling needs to be evaluated.The tests you have attached here are not adequate to determine the reasons
High uric acid is not good , though you don't have any symptoms related to high uric acid.
