Today i feel very uncmofortable feel since 1 hour so i check my BP it was 143/75 after taking rest it shows 130/80 is it normal i had a gas problem yestarday night so i harldy sleep 4-5 hours can BP increase due to this ?

Momentarily High bp can be due to stress , acidity, lack of sleep .
Kindly take antacid first thing in morning on empty stomach for 5 days
If still high bp meet general physician near you.
