Blood Pressure
Since a week my diastolic BP remains between 95-100 ( both home and clinic ) Systolic between 120-130. Taking Cilacar 10 twice daily and Telma 40 once. Experiencing palpitations. Is the diastolic normal for the age 50.

No this diastolic BP is high. Need to modify medicine. Consult online

It is not normal. You need ideally below 90 mm hg. Strict dietary reduction of salts, walking yoga and meditation. This shall control heart rate as well as weight reduction can bring optimal BP control. If persistent BP remains elevated you need modification of present treatment.
