Blood pressure
My blood pressure reading yesterday evening was 130/80, then today morning was 130/80 and in evening it goes 140/90 ..
Is it normal blood pressure?

Borderline levels need , frequent bp check ups , and lifestyle modifications like weigh reduction, low salt, excercise ,do all this for 3 months , if your bp is still 140/90 or above drug treatment may be considered
