Your BP is within the normal range.Digital. BP instruments are very sensitive . While taking a reading don't consider the first reading , take average of the next 2 readings.

There is no set BP number technically..it is always a range and it depends on multiple factors . your hydration, your salt intake can also affect it .also it will fluctuate throughout the day .so if you don't have any symptoms, then do not worry..106/72 is well within normal range but on lower side of range.. So if you have any symptoms - will suggest increasing liquid intake - esp coconut water, Nimbu Pani etc will be helpful.
Next Steps
if dizziness/fainting is associated with this BP readings (not improving with hydration and salt intake) - Consult a good general physician/internal medicine doctor.
