Blood pressure
I recently checked my blood pressure. It was 121 over 68. Is 68 a lower as it should be 80. Please help me out. I am a male 23 years of age.

Absolutely normal 120/80 is the most upper limit that you should have . It can vary between 120-100 To 80-60 Those are considered normal values

Hi there...I can understand your concern. It is good that you are getting blood pressure checked even at this age. A blood pressure level of 121 by 68 is absolutely normal, especially if you are an athletic person. A diastolic pressure of 68 is on the lower side, but few people generally have low blood pressure. So nothing to worry as of now. Drink water regularly and have your blood pressure also checked regularly. If it goes below 60 then consult a general physician once.
