Blood pressure
I check my bp this month it was 136/93 and follow up readings were also in that range. But last month it was 124/84. Previous to that also always the readings were normal. Always between the range of (110-120/70-85). I have always been fit with regular exercise and eating healthy. How can i get high blood pressure in just a month? It is stressing me out. P.s - I keep electronic machine at home to check every month.

At the early age it's time to secure your heart. You are doing so with your good habits. Your BP readings are with in normal range. No need to worry, just continue your habits. If you have any family history of hypertriglyceridemia then you can go for some other tests. Consult for other queries. Stay healthy.
Next Steps
continue regular exercise.

please may i know why are you checking your BP so regularly... if you have a family history then its fine..otherwise once in 3 months is ok...as far as ur readings... it's not something i would stress about..probably u r getting anxious(which happens to a lot of people during BP measurement) that's causing you to think that you have high readings. better would be to visit an internist or a physician for proper recording.
