Blood Pressure
For the past few weeks, his average BP is 160/120. He also complains of headaches and body pain--especially in his legs. Please suggest.

For acute treatment you can take Rauwolfia and Passiflora m.t.10 drops each thrice a day. For regular treatment take expert advise....& the main thing is do regualar exercises.

Hello there. 160/120 is very high. Suggest you to consult a physician. Get a ECG done along with CBC, Urine complete, Fasting lipid profile and RFT. You need to be started on antihypertensive ASAP. Consult a physician or revert with reports. Regards

If his blood pressure is 160/120 then he needs to get immediate treatment by visiting a doctor. Don't delay . The headache could be due to high BP.
