I HAVE NORMAL BLOOD PRESSURE 6 MONTHS AGO BUT NOW FROM PAST 2 MONTHS MY READINGS ARE COMING HIGH. AVERAGE 135/85 . SOMETIMES 130/85 SOMETIMES 125/80 . SOMETIMES 140/85. AFTER WHOLE DAY FASTING IT COMES NORMAL LESS THAN 120 SYS. 75 DIA.
MY QUESTION IS THAT CAN A PERSON DEVELOP BP PROBLEM IN SHORT TIME SPAN I.E IN 6 MONTHS.
MY BLOOD PRESSURE IS TEMPORARY OR IT IS PERMANENTLY BECOME A DISEASE.
IF BLOOD PRESSURE ONCE STARTING INCREASING WILL IT ALWAYS INCREASE IN ANY PARTICULAR OCCASION.
I AM FEELING FAINTING AND HEADACHE FROM 4 MONTHS . BUT THAT TIME BP IS LESS THA 140 SYS.
CAN THIS MUCH BP READING CAN CAUSE HEADACHE AND FAINTING OR IT IS DUE TO ANY OTHER ISSUE.

Hi. Since you have multiple readings which are more than 120/80 but less than 140/90, we call it as pre-hypertension. At your age of 25 years we do not expect high BP, hence if detected other secondary causes need to be ruled out.
First these values need to be taken in a proper way, calm rested state (after 10 min of resting) not while talking or watching TV or just after some activity argument emotional stress.If most values are above 120/80but less than 140/90 you can do lifestyle modification. Like balanced low salt diet, regular exercise, relaxing techniques
If majority of the values are more than 140/90 then you should get evaluated to rule out secondary causes of hypertension (kidney causes or certain hormone secreting lesions etc)
A BP of 140/90 should not cause fainting dizziness. If you haveepisodes like that get yourself evaluated.
