Hi. Are these measurements taken on different occassions over a period of few weeks? Also were these readings taken when you were calm and rested? As in you should not be talking or watching TV or just finishedany physical activity while checking the BP, you should bes rested for 10 min and calm. Having said that if the BP was measured correctly in rested state mulitiple times on different occassiinamd the values are as you mentioned, it indicates hypertension as your diastolic BP is always around 90. However at your age it is essential to look into secondary/other causes which may manifest as high BP common being kidney causes and some hormone secreting lesions
Next Steps
Seek consultation for detailed evaluation You could do Ambulatory BP monitoring test to check if you have true hypertension. Also your weight is more than expected for your height, that can predispose you for all the lifestyle associated diseases like diabetes and hypertension where regular exercise and balanced diet play a major role along with medications.

Hi. At these BP readings you dont need any antihypertensive medications . But you need to monitor BP readings and reduce salt intake and also you should try to reduce your bodyweight. You must be getting your TSH levels checked regularly I guess as uncontrolled hypothyroidism can be a cause for high BP readings and increase body weight.
Next Steps
Also you should get your serum Lipid profile and HbA1c levels checked to know about your blood cholesterol and sugar levels.
