From past 2 weeks I have noticed some blood on my stool , I have noticed around 3 times in 2 weeks that the blood was there Can you help me in this There is no discomfort or pain associated

painless bleeding from anal area or blood in stools can be caused by several reasons like hemorrhoids or IBD
