Two three days i am seeing light red color blood in stool with pain and stomach pain...please let me know the remedy and the tablet is it serious issue or a weather change

Hi, myself Dr Ritesh agrawal ,Dragrawal healthcare clinic old Palasia Indore , Coming out of blood per rectum is a alarming sign to you that proper check up and consultation should be taken otherwise disease will became complicated
