Three months ago my son got high fever and diarrhea.He took pacimol mf,taxim o forty.7 days latter he got fever and diarrhea again.Then he got blood in stool.He gave zanocin150,pacimol,probiotics.In april he got lose stool and blood in it for two days.Then he gave superflora gg drop for 15 days.The blood stop.From may 7th he getting blood in stool again 2-4 drops after 3-4 days interval.Doctor stop all milk products and wheat products.stool report,USG,urine report all are normal but blood is coming.Now I have done a stool culture test ang got E.coli in the culture.My question is the blood is due toE.coli for three months?Doctor give zn 20,sucral anos cream.what to do now?I am very worried.

This might be CMPA ( Cow Milk protein allergy ) also presents with similar complaints. You may try giving other meals and check if the blood in stool still persists

There can be other differentials . Is it fresh blood?? Everytime when he gets blood in stool USG was normal or is it only once? After stopping milk products is the stool better?
E. Coli is a normal bacteria in the intestine.. Few of its strain cause disease. There is no specific strain which has been tested and reported and in absence of diarrhoea it doesn’t require antibiotics
The stool picture you have posted doesn’t show any blood drops

The child should be admitted and given IV Antibiotics , if child has partially responded to oral antibiotics since the organism is not completely sensitive to those medications and stool culture is still showing growth..
