Hello, Possibility due to initial scrattch in anal mucosadue to hard stool. Initial stage of piles. Due to hot. So consult a general surgeon for anorectal examintion so he can told you what exactly is. Till than, Avoid ,spicy,fried,junk food which initiate constipation n than all consequences. If stool is hard take 15 ml cremafine pink at night till stool becomes soft. Locally apply vasline or ghee or anovate oint with finger on butt hole than gentaly push inside to anal mucosa and APPLY all around.as per statement GIVEN by surgeon.ok.plenty of liqids like nimupani coconut water mosambi juice butter oil etc n light diet so in initial stage u can control the disease.ok.remember this is RECURRENT even anytype of surgery can't control.ok.
