Hello, locally apply xylocain gel on butt hole,than push gentaly n hold for a while,than apply all around on anal MUCOSA pain dis appear within three to five minutes.tab zerodol sp eight hourly after food for three to five days,tab augmentin 625 eight hourly for three to five days.after xylocain gel locally apply anovate oint.on butt holen likewise as mentioned above.
