Blood in stool
I noticed today that i have blood in my stool. this happens occasionally because maybe my stool is too big and hard that my anus got strained. on this occasion i dont know if its the same case. i have irregular bowel movement, 2-3 per week.

If this is painless bleeding then this would be a hemorrhoids , if this is associated with pain then this would be a fissure in ano.kindly cheek your diet. Increase salads in your diet. Take plenty of fluids. Take flax seeds - 2 teaspoon in morning and 2 teaspoon at night with meal.
