Blood in stool
I am getting blood in my stool.its fresh blood..red colour. I don't have any pain while motion ...some time my anal itches a lot . Please advice.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
It could be due to fissure.
It would be better if you get it checked out by a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
You need to have a high fiber diet and drink plenty of fluids.
General surgeon will be able to help you further.
