Blood in stool
Hello doctors, After having 2 weeks of diarrhoea and constipation I have blood in my stools and bit of pain in anus and belly. There is weakness in body.  Ultrasound is normal.  What should I do. Thank you so much.

Is the blood red or dark black coloured. If you are having bright red colour blood then cause will be lower gastrointestinal bleed , and if you have black coloured stool then upper gastrointestinal bleeding is the cause. I need more detail to help you better . Consultation charge : 250 rs only
