It could be fissure in ano. Consult surgeon for physical examination . Drink atleast 3L to 4L of water every day. Take high fibre diet . Avoid junk food. Take syrup cremaffin plus 10ml at night for 5 days Practice sitz bath (sit in a bucket of warm water with a table spoon of salt added for 20mins three times daily). Consult for any query.

Avoid constipation Hydration Fiber rich diet Consult surgeon to rule out fissure/ heMerrhoids Sit in hot water tib for 15 minutes twice daily Anovate ointment topically twice daily per rectum Tab signoflam twice daily after meals Cap somoraz d 20 mg daily empty stomach Tab tranexa 500 mg bd for 2 days for bleeding
