Blood in sputum in morning
Every morning since the cold, for near about 5 days, I have witnessed bit of bloody red nodules in my first morning cough. And then the blood doesn't come up for the rest of the day. Is there something to be worried about!

May be Ac pharingitis or some Lung condition. Pl consult pulmonologist and Ent specialist for further evaluation and treatment .

If there is an episode of blood in the phlegm X ray Chest is mandatory to rule of chest infection. If X ray looks fine other causes should be looked into major being from the throat due or to other reasons. A detailed history is required to find the cause
