Blood in saliva
Hello,From past few days I observe mild blood in salaiva, sometimes I can also taste blood in my salaiva..Today after doing pranayam(yoga) and kapalbharti(yoga) for about 15mins again I observed some blood(brownish) in my salaiva..What might be the reason?I had a problem of bleeding gums but I am maintaining good oral hygiene and now gums are not bleeding..
