Blood in saliba

Hi, I am 20 years old..my mouth has been tasting salty from the past 3-4 days and Today morning I observed blood in my saliva followed by pinching feel in throat (I had tonsils removed at about 9 years ago)..and I am feeling like dizziness and sleeping all the time... Can anyone please help me finding a reason
