Blood in right nostril
From one two days i am noticing blood in right nostril. Neither it is blowing nor dripping. It is not even paining. No blockage. No runny nose. But i am feeling my both nostrils so dry. Whenever i touch inside my nostril, my finger came out wet in blood. Yesterday i cleaned my nostril properly, but again today(in evening) i noticed blood again. I have tiny pimple inside my left nostril but about right , i am not very sure. What is it? Is it happening due to changing of weather? because summers are coming. What should i do?
PS- I am feeling my hands so hot and sweaty sometimes.
