I have been diagnosed with a bad throat infection and given antibiotics on Sunday. This morning I sneezed, which really hurt and after wards I spat out some phlegm with blood in it from the back of my throat. Is this something I should be concerned about?

As per your description you might have developed rhinosinusitis.. need to be evaluated by local examination.. consult with an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
