  4. Blood in mucus. Not getting any blood!

Blood in mucus
Today morning when I woke up my nose was little block so I split mucus from mouth and I noticed blood in mucus for 2 to 3 times later when I split in the same way I am not noticing anything. When I cough I am not getting any blood

You may have nasal allergies.. subsequently sinusitis.. can't be confirmed without proper evaluation. Visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment.
