You are suffering from haemoptysis. There are many causes of it - TB lung, bronchitis, bronchiectasis, etc. Further investigation is required to determine the underlying cause in your case - sputum for AFB for 2 days, X ray chest PA view, CT scan of thorax are usually required to arrive at a diagnosis.
