If you are using bottle to feed expressed breastmilk then it can cause infective diarrhoea and blood in stool can come. If using bottle feed then shift to feeding with cup. Cup feeding is somewhat similar to cup feeding. It will be easy for you to shift to breast feeding from cup feeding. Sore nipples are due to rigorous suction. Directly attaching baby to breast with proper latching will eliminate everything.
Next Steps
If loose stools nd repeated blood coming then stool routine micro should be done

There is less chance for it to be blood. S the baby on any formula feed. S the baby having loose stool. Watch for the stool regularly, if it s continuous, please visit doctor. It is not due to expressed milk
Next Steps
Every 2 hour breast milk, u can also express and give
