Blood from vagina while urinating

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I am 20 years old. I delayed my periods by taking Primolut N for 4 days. Yesterday, I noticed blood color when urinating and it is a bit painful as well. It happens when I urinate. My boyfriend did the masturbation for me using his fingers. I suspect it might have been due to his nail causing a cut. Is this alright? Should I use some sort of medication/oinment? Please help.
