Blood from vagina after periods
She(is virgin) had an intercourse with her partner with no penetration and with all safety but some sperm after ejaculation came out off the condom touching the vagina. She usually has her periods between 3rd-8th of a month and they had intercourse  15-16 days before her periods and after that she had got her periods on 3-8th of November but after 4-5 days she has cramps in her abdomen pain in her back and some blood from her vagina. If she had intercourse 15-16 days before her periods were due, then there are chances that she might have conceived. Please get a urine pregnancy test done. It will definitely be positive if she is pregnant.

If she got her periods she is not pregnant Get an ultrasound done to find out the reason fr pain n bleeding
