Virgin but didn't bleed and loose vagina

My friend was a virgin and she told me that she didn't bleed during her first sex and it pains a lot while having sex with husband but she had done masturbation a lot of times before but she never had sex and her vagina was so loose that too was told to her by her husband.. What could be the reason behind, is there any problem for her health??? Will she face pregnant issues later? She is an active person she does exercise, dance and cycling everyday.
