Blood from nipple during feeding
I gave birth on 2nd October.From very start i am having cracked nipples.I have applied nipcare and still using it.One side is healed now but other side is healing very slowly. After 2-3 days i can see blood in pumped milk.(using pump at that side).It seems due to blood scab comes out from pumping. Again same cycle repeats.Can you please suggest something to heal faster.I have consulted gynecologists but they suggest same nipcare.

Gently clean the nipple with water every time before feeding
Check that baby is properly latching to nipple. Incorrect latching can lead to cracks
Apply nipcare ointment after feed
Use nipple shield for relief during feeds
Never stop feeding. Stay motivated

Apply a Nipple shield while pumping so that the crack heals
Oint placentrax gel can be applied instead
