Blood during stools
I am getting 3 4 drops of blood during passing stools and there is a small bean sized red colour tumor kind of thing there in the anus. Is this a Piles or Fissures. Which Doctor need to be consulted.

Bleeding per anal indicate that it's can be external or internal haemorrhoids.
But what's exactly can be confirmed by some test like proctoscopy and some blood test .
