From homoepathy side u are free to donate blood because it is natural way of treatment , it don't cause any harmful effects on other part of the body But u r suffering from psoriasis it is mandatory to discuss with your doctor If the psoriasis is mild there is no contraindication for donations of blood

Homeopathic medicine dont have any contraindication for blood donation but as you said you have psoriasis so before donating blood you should take permission of your treating physician whether loss of blood will cause any problem for you depending on the severerity of your condition.
