Blood count problem

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Kindly check the reports of complete blood count that i have attached. And tell me what is the problem with it. I m also having hairfall and nail ridges(beau line) and nail dents , having gustatory sweating also. I feel veins palpitation any time anywhere in the body. Also m having foamy urine for a year but kidney ,liver and urine tests are normal, and no irritation while urinating.
