Blood clotting type in leg during pregna

I am 28 weeks pregnant... Before pregnancy also sometimes this type of blood clots type happened in my leg...i am now on iron, calcium and ecosprin 150...I can't understand what is this?why it happened suddenly?will this harm my baby?i am attaching pic
