Blood clots
Hi doctors My period is perfectly on time with normal flow every month.2021 i had to abort my 9 weeks pregnancy due to no heart beat..after that also i was getting normal periods.. from 2 months i'm getting period with same normal flow but period stops an starts for 2 days with very low flow an stops.this month also same happening but morning arround 5.30 i felt like more flow an went to the washroom an i saw such a huge blood clot for the first time in my period..there is no pain nothing..i don't get any back pain during my period..what is the reason for this blood clot ..i'm worried..i'll attach the pic of the clot.thank you

Thag look like normal period clot, if it happenes repeatedly and you have huge clots get and usg please
