Blood clot in eye
Blood clot in eye four days back in morning. Then it was slightly resolving .Now today morning there is again blood in eye. There is no pain or loss of vision. Patient is diabetic, takes bp medicine

Hi ... Most probably haemmohage. Check BP Diabetes has to be under control If he is on blood thinners / NSAID ? Avoid any exercise with forced exhalation. Should resolve slowly . If increase , do a check to see inside retina and all .

when you say blood clot I assume you are talking about redness in the white portion of the eyes. Since the patient is 55 years and taking Blood pressure medicines this can happen. Also if the blood pressure is fluctuating it can recur.

Also please avoid lifting weights or heavy objects, if there is constipation it needs to be treated.
