Blood bio chemistry variation
Triglycerides increased from 100 to 222, whereas VLDL increased from 20 to 44. Cholesterol decrease from 202 to 181and HDL Cholesterol decrease from 44 to 38. All this took place in 17 days time gap by putting diet control etc. Is this positive or negative? Do we need to change diet ?
