Blood appeared in stool
This is the second or third time that I noticed blood stains in my stools. The amount of blood is not so much. I dont feel any pain during passing stools. I am very scared to approach my general physician as I do not want to be diagnosed with Piles or anything else

should be ruled out consult surgeon for further evaluation and treatment
have more green leafy veg
fruits
drink plenty water.
