Blood and pain with stool

Asked for Female, 35 Years

When I pass stool it is extremely painful and there is a lot of blood. It feels like my anus is too small and tears with the passing of stool. I put my finger in today and I can feel a lump just inside almost like a huge pimple, or feeling like a boil.
